I like the Scotts

I've had both, and by far prefer the Scotts. The two main reasons are the adjustement on the GPR is way to sensative. It has a 360 degree dial numbered from 1 to 10, a comfortable range was 3 1/2 to 4 1/2, not a huge swing, and if you bump the dial your going to be way off. The Scotts dial is slower to adjust but much easier to fine tune. The second reason was the Scotts only dampens when you are steering away from center. The GPR dampens in both directions. The resulting "feel" is the Scotts requires less handle bar effort to steer and a natural tendancy to want to go strait. The GPR works OK, but I'll pay the extra for a Scotts in the future.
