yes I am going. camping in the spectator area. spend the big $60 and attending the dinner saturday night though I don't know where it is.

That's the 950 from Moroney's. I got it to ride to Alaska and didn't plan on taking it to the motocross track, but you just never know what might come up. Just like that bike, I swore I'd never own a KTM. You just never know and here's why I say that.

1978 USGP at Unadilla. First time I ever even saw a KTM. It was ridden by the current world champ Guennady Moiseev, a communist in the Soviet military.



I was in awe of the Europeans, but really wanted to see them lose to the Americans.

Luckily there was Marty on the factory Honda.



I got to meet both of them after the race along with a few other of the factory riders. I was 15 at the time and just could not get enough. I've been going almost every year since 1977 and have seen so much great racing, nationals, USGP's, Trans AMA, etc. I love Unadilla!

The other night my buddy says, hey, you want to ride my 1980's KTM 250 on the pro track at Unadilla next weekend? I say I'm no commie, but hell yes! I haven't even seen the bike. All I have to do is show up and ride. Just like a factory racer, just without the factory and the talent.

I hope to see you out there. We're camping too, I don't know about the dinner. I don't really know anything, it makes things easier that way.
