Last time I did Chief Joseph and Beartooth, it was on a Vulcan with drag pipes that couldn't turn right. Can't wait to get my Uly out there this summer.

I just received a Zero Gravity screen and a right side air scoop for my '06 Uly from Twin Motorcycles in the Netherlands. Besides looking great on my bike, I hope the windscreen will help a bit with windchill - it's been cold this spring.

Since you're in Europe, you should take a look at Palmer's website. A windshield bracket is a nice addtion to the touring windshield.

You can buy a similar one from Mark Stadnik @ MadStad but I don't know what the shipping from US to Sweden would cost.

Be careful because the tall/touring windshield tends to pop-out at speed when using the OEM rubber fasteners.

Thanks, I'll look into that.

I just ordered some Palmer brackets (powder-coated black, hand-adjustable) and will use them on my XT, with the dark, ZG touring windscreen.

I'll post up when installed and I have a chance to get some miles in!

Anoither windshield option

The "laminar lip" does a good job of moving air flow from the torso to around the top of the helment (5'10" male with 32" inseam)... you get some wind buffeting but its nice for the cold weather, easy to add/remove and works with the stock mounting hardware.

I have palmer brackets and a zero gravity touring windscreen on mine. It is much better than stock.

6 C. It was cold but damn, I didn't care! Heated vest and ATGATT. So why not stop in the rain for a photo op?

Just riding along, exploring back roads to Eugene from Portland, and found this little sign.

Like BMC, the park is likewise closed.

I decided I didn't like it black anymore.

Airbox cover is done, too, but I haven't put it on. It looks like a homemade paint job but so did the previous paint (flat black for some reason).

Dirt!

Went on a little camping trip with my 2006 Ulysses in eastern Washington, near lake Chelan.
