Sad to hear about Mark Buckley.

Nothing like focusing on all the negatives. William Dunlop gets his first 4 stroke win at NW200, on a Wilson Craig CBR600. McGuiness actually won another NW200 race. They had glorious weather for the main race day. Hutchy survived without re-injuring anything. And Seeley didn't quite have it all his own way with some fine racing for major placements.

Don't forget Rutter...

Cracking racing by all. Any news on Cummings - he was holding his hand/arm after that bozo plowed into him.

Yeah, standing with your wife and kids watching yet another soon to be dead body (a husband and father), going past in an ambulance, tends to focus the mind on the negative side of the sport. Unless of course you are one of those people who goes to racing hoping to see a good crash..................

Great day apart from that.

Fair call mate. Having been there done that, I know where you're coming from. Really messes with head and heart...

Cheers, and hope you have a great TT.

Nope, he was there in 2007.

Riding in the legends race, though.

Dad and I were walking back from dinner and we kept hearing these bikes. Got to the Promenade and hiked up the hill in time to see about 5 sidecars go past at the bridge on top of Bray Hill. Those things were hauling! I can just imagine McGuiness and his super bike.

Didn't even know practice was today unless I just suck at reading the schedule. Probably going to go watch all the Pre-TT classic down in Castletown Monday. The taxi driver thought it was hilarious I knew the Southern 100 course corner for corner from playing Tourist Trophy on my PS2.

Moly topped the charts yesterday on the sidecars. 110mph lap, though I find no word on what the track conditions were.
Just saw on Dispash Chauhan's Facebook page that he's not riding with Nick Crowe anymore.
I wonder what happened there? I see him listed on as Tim Reeve's passenger for the TT. I
Also, times are already posted for today's practice, which is the first time the pros have been out on the big bikes.

Latest local rumours are that Connor Cummins did not practice last night due to surgery following his spill at the nw200, and Michael Dunlop will ride Connor's Tyco Superbike instead. Guy Martin is supposed to have had a fallout with his Tyco team.

I repeat, these are local internet rumours.

Yes, hearing that Sayle will replace Dips due to "lingering injury", still total rumor, just net chatter. I don't even know the link between Crowe and Tim Reeves. I only know that Dips has been training really hard all year but he has some hardware in him somewhere, and maybe that's the cause? I swear I already saw Dan Sayle's name on the timing sheets, but when I looked again, I did not find him, making me think he is available.
Interesting to here Martin's possible "fallout". Saw no word of that. Of course, I see no word of anything really, and rely almost totally on internet rumor and reading the timing sheets at the end of the day.

Rumors of a fall out with Guy Martin and his team were a load of old BS according to his teams twitter feed.

Aww yeah, you're right, sorry about that. Was sweeet racing the other week at the north west. Sure, a guy had a horrific smash in front of a large crowd including children and got pasted up the road and lost his legs and later died and his family will never see him again, but no biggie.

Anyway

who wants to meet up at the TT? ill be over on sunday.
