Question Powerful Light for both 950 and 530?

I'm looking for suggestions for a powerful light that can be mounted on my 06 950 Adventure and my 09 KTM 530EXC.

I am hoping to leave it on the 950 99% of the time but on occasion, I'll be mounting it on the 530 for a night riding. Therefore, I am hoping that the wiring is plug and play, and the mounting is simple, yet capable of racing on the 530.

My 950 has the stock set-up and the 530 has run an upgraded bulb (55w, I think) and a Trailtech Halogen 70w, neither of which isn't any good at highway speed.

I would suggest HIDs.

The bakkasts got so cheap you can install them on both bikes:

Cheers.

Your wish is my command:

Following the same logic you could also mount:

or the Boatman Hi/Low 7" conversion for the 8" race light

or use these:

and mount any light you wish.

It would be cheaper just to get HID lights for both bikes. You could mount a projector in the 950, and just a bulb in the 530. You would be in it just a few hundred bucks for some kickass lights.

Look up DDM Tuning for their 50w slim ballasts
and the retrofit source for projectors, bulbs, and connectors

One Ride on the 530

Just to clarify, I'm not sure I will get my money's worth for a light on the 530. Not planning anymore night rides after this one. so, I'm not interested in an expensive light for it..might move on to a new bike, too.

But the 950 gets ridden in the dark all the time, and the lighting needs help, so I hope to leave it on that bike after the race.

I have the 530 wired for DC with Trailtech stator.
