Route 66

Hi All, olyumabill here. Well the time has come. I start my trip down route 66 on Sunday morning, June 3rd. Having breakfast at Lou Mitchell's at 7 am and then down the road. I've planned this trip for years and now at 86 yrs of age its time to do it.I'm riding a 2012 Ural Patrol/sidecar rig, orange and silver. If any of you see me and want to just wave me down and I'll buy the coffee. Ural friend bill

I did it 2 years ago

Hey there, I have done route 66 a couple of years ago , by myself, and it was a fantastic trip. Love it.
I was also very glad that I took some side trips while I was there far out into the West, since I am in Nashville. I took a few extras days, so I could visit the Grand Canyon (on the way back), when to Death Valley, Mohab Desert and the many other sites along the way. I made it all the way to the Pier 1 in LA. Don't be worried about stepping out and getting back on it again... You can always catch some parts the you miss on the way back.
Good luck.
