NC12 returning from Myrtle Beach. It rained like hell for 5 days of riding. We did not see the sun until we got back to PA.

I like the twisties as must as anyone. But the solitude of the these long lonely stretches has its appeal to me too. At this point in life I ride a lot to just be alone and have some peace. It sure does beat sitting on the porch.
