I dunno if you can put all of last years crashes on his shoulders, Massa had alot to do with them also. That being said, this year has been head and shoulders above last in terms of crashes...or non-crashes. |

The unfortunate saga of Robert Kubica continues. Prosthetics implanted. Apparently he had to let go of the wheel to turn left. Very sad.

With all the turmoil at the top of Lotus, you have to wonder about the company's continued commitment to F1. They can scarcely afford their involvement with IndyCar, a commitment which seems certain to end at the end of the season.

great day of practice. Kimi & Big John a bit slow, but that's OK, just practice.

Hamilton, Alonso and Massa are all looking quick and tidy in practices 1&2. Button's struggling with a bad gearbox and hasn't been able to tune the chassis to his style as a result. I'm glad Ferrari found a set-up for Massa that works. This will be a crackerjack race. Hamilton will be the 7th winner and Alonso will keep piling up points.

By the looks of that shot, Greg, when you're not using your jaw for eating or talking, you could make some money on the side using it to dig ditches.

This could be an interesting race. Pole sitter doesn't own Montreal. As always, the start will be interesting. If they can stop Vettel from running off, things could get tasty. I wonder if a contender (Vettel, perhaps) will try a 1-stop strategy?

Looks like Phil Massa is really driving for his seat.

Hamilton will knock out Vettel before the first pit stop, possibly in the pits.
Ross Brawn will time his stops perfectly and Schumi will lead the charge of the year. Last ten laps will be a fight between Schumi & Alonso. Massa starts to drive for his seat & not a paycheque. Schumi, Alonso, Massa.

Did anyone notice that the scoring/position list on the left hand side of the screen was missing during Q2 and Q3, at least on Speed? Was that a world feed problem or has Speed removed it. It adds a ton to the excitement of qualifying to see who's where, who's on the bubble, etc.
Did anyone watching in Europe have the same issue? JC
