Johnny Walker won followed by Dougie Lampkin and Ben Hemingway.

Graham Jarvis (1st to reach the finish line) and Lettenbichler (3rd) were disqualified due to missing a checkpoint early in the race. But nobody told them till they reached the finish.

Only 7 finishers (9 with Jarvis and Lettenbichler).

Yeah, that's Erzberg...

They stop the race after 4hours, this time it was a little bit earlier due to bad weather (I think 3:30). If they would've gone the whole distance today there would've been another 2-5 finishers.

But Walker did the race in about 1:40 ...

There was an interview with Heinz Kinniganer (sp?), and he clearly said his dream is to have one where no one finishes (with a chuckle )

BTW, Kendall Norman had just soloed the Baja 500 the previous weekend. The guy is an animal.

Who's this Diaz Guy from Mex? He was doing real well.
Why did Birch not race Erzberg this year?
I can't believe Jarvis missed the check point, just an amazing rider.
