Trees down
There are many trees down in the ANF. Down on NF 312 at about N30.22700 W84.42349, there is a knee high 6" pine trunk across the road -- a road which is more trail than road. Even at IT-175 speeds, it's an unpleasant surprise when East bound and down, loaded up and truckin'.
Most of the water has been absorbed by the tortured Floridan aquifer, but there's still enough around to provide some thrills.

I'm sure that some but not all of you who knew Tim have heard he was in an accident that ended his life. The following letter was sent to me with some information of the memorial ride.
All TTR Members I'm sad to say that Timothy Fultz, a former TTR member for many years , has died in a motorcycle accident. Last Saturday, June 23rd, at 4;00pm,Tim left work at Precision Motorsports off Capital Circle N.W. and headed for home on his motorcycle. Less than a mile from work he was involved in an accident that ended his young life. He passed away at TMH on Wed. as a result of his injuries. Tim was a mechanic at several cycle shops over the years and touched many lives thru those associations. He rode street and dirtbikes, and he was always willing to help and a cheerful friend. He was all about motorcycles and loved to share that with everyone. He came to our last Hangover H/S in Chipley with his good friend Chris Cotton an was glad to see many of his TTR friends. A memorial ride has been planned for next Sat. July 7th from Precision Motorsports. Meeting at 2:30 and ride out at 4:00 PM. The ride will be to"The Whip" (Whipperwill Lodge and Restaurant, on Lake Talquin). Tim lived near there and was a regular customer for many years. His wife Heather, has invited everyone who knew him to come join in the ride and share our stories. See caringbridge.org and link Timothy Fultz to send comments and condolences. Ride safe, Be safe, Motorcycles are everywhere. John Wheeler
