thanks

Every now and then ya pick a report and go along for the ride, what a trip. You captured the essence of what it's all about. The ride, the camaraderie, the campfire and a good meal with a top notch story for desert.
Thanks for sharing <>< Njoytheride

Kevin,
And thank you for leading us into temptation

I tried to represent the ride as I kinda remembered it.... I hope I didn't distort reality too much....I enjoyed the routes and the company a lot....so THANK YOU !

As for dirt tracks to Kamloops....every road in Canada is a dirt track....no paved roads here yet....but we are working on adding gravel to some of the muddy spots...

Bob.
Well, you said something about bringing 2 bikes....one for trails and the 690 is what I assume you mean. I have a 4-7 day ride on the shelf for the 690....and a few days of local single track....so say a week at least for your truck to be parked in Kamloops....and there is WAY more riding than that....we should talk...I will give you a call.

I will call the parole officer for your tel #

Paul,
That's Bobby from the East Coast.....cool dude who was on an XR 650....poor guys shin was hamburger after kicking that beast to life for 9 days,,,,and hitting the footpeg for days on end in the process.

We had to medicate him at the end of each day

These guys may be doing a Continental Divide ride this summer.....I just want to go back to that beach......

XR650 is actualy an excellent bike ... When you say medicate him, you mean with beer or scoth ??? Hope I understood wrong ...

If you go back to that beach make sure is in the front of the picture ... So we could at least confirm what gender he is ...

His gender is even more subject to question when you see him ride. No offense to fast ladies out there.

All manly men, fer sure.

No whiners, great senses of ha ha and camaraderie, and boundless enthusiasm for long hot days.

An epic ride that I am tempted to retrace parts of again...

As for the Rx that Bobby required....an herbal poultice applied to the injured area seemed to serve him well....but rest assured that there were threats of moonshine made by Bobzilla....but standard spirits seemed to surface from Coyote bags on a regular schedule once the fire was underway....and regularly accompanied by BobZ saying, with a far-away look, "This sure beats the hell out of any motel room...".

We all had to agree.

I couldn't understand what you've written here. Asked google to translate it. Turns out: "Excuses from a well educated and articulated man to get drunk again !!! " ... Keeping in mind that the common name "Bobzilla" is in that paragraph, go figure the extend that this really translates to
