Yeah the 3/5 Cav was a part of the 9th Inf Div in the Delta but tanks and personnel carriers didn't work too well down there so we were attached to different Divisions up north. When I first got in country I was sent to Dong Tam in the Delta, then sent up north to the 3/5 cav. never got back down south after that.

A. No way that's getting registered in Oregon.
B. Is that a Chinese motor? or Honda plastics on a Chinese bike? I'm not 100% familiar with the 70, but something doesn't look right. Is that how you're getting the plates? A couple years ago our DMV went through and found all the dirt bikes that weren't DOT approved and pulled the registrations on them. |

Joining the fray!
Hi all!
I am joining the discussion here with some pics of my scooters past and present. My first scooter was a Yamaha YP Majesty 125. I went all over the place on this thing, taking photos wherever i went. The majesty beside Humber Bridge in the UK: ... Taken at Matlock Bath, just before this scooter died a horrific death from being ridden too far and too hard, too often! After this scooter, i had a Honda Innova. I think this was the most fun to ride, but not up to the same long distances as the Yamaha so not as good for exploring and taking photographs, and having adventures :) The Honda Innova ... This scooter performed well though, having a fuel injected engine. It was such fun to ride, and based on the old "Pig 90" frame. It was always such fun leaving people standing at the lights, wondering how something that looked like a pizza bike could accellerate better than their cage :) Currently this bike is in pieces and needs an engine rebuild. I do not have the mechanical skills to do this, but i think maybe some time soon i shall learn what i need to get it done and sell it. Currently i ride a Peugeot Tweet RS125. So far i've not been anywhere too distant on it, due to the weather being dismal and not having much time to myself any more, however i am planning a day trip which may be my longest journey by 125cc scooter yet -- stay tuned in the trip planning section as i reveal all! The Tweet: Comments welcome

I think she was blinking because she ate a bug. That's the face she always gives me after she eats a bug off the sidewalk.
