Awesome RR Yardstick!

I only took a few pics, as I was too busy sweating and wheezing up those switchbacks. Definitely had the feel of a mini Lost Hills kind of ride.

Right out of staging we took 87A, then a "shortcut" we thought would bring us up the north side to Little Mesa atop 9213.
It was an interesting little trail. Kinda steep and loose....

So, Yardstick, "how would you rate this trail?" Two thumbs up?....hey those don't look like thumbs....

When we got to the top, we realized that it only tee's into 9213 about 3/4 of the way up. Hey Nightstalker, does this look familiar?

The view downward

All I remember of the Nightstalker ride up this trail a couple of years ago, was that it was tough! It took us about an hour to get 6 riders up this 1/8 mile section. Even going down it wasn't easy.
