A fine choice, sir.

I like the 18 year old.

I've had a bottle of the 25, but it isn't worth the cash even if cash does not matter, in
my opinion.

But the 18 ? Oh yes.

Since most of my expeditions revolve around fishing (where I get my nickname from!) A bottle of Taylor Cream Sherry goes great with the fried fish fillets and it's like drinking desert. (brilliant nutty/fruity taste!)

Some type of whiskey. I usually bring Jameson with me.

Old Crow Bourbon & Crystal Light, it's really good, trust me. When I'm in S Am, I often have to substitute with ron (rum).

well it looks like a trip to the state store is in order... have to "experiment" and "test" these suggestions before our next overnight trip. I rarely drink anymore (sucks getting older) but there’s just something wrong about sitting around a fire without a drink in your hand.

I'm not much on alchohol.I may go for a soft drink if it's decaf.

It's called "Apple Pie"

I make it myself, it travels well and it's good warm or cold! I like it better cold, so the last gas stop of the day I fill the pannier with ice....and by the time the tents set up the Pie is ready!

Next trip will be a flask of Johnny Walker Red. I prefer Crown Royal Black, but the JW is nice for a change.

I like a Henry Weinharts Root Beer. If it's not available any root beer will do in a pinch. Back in my younger days I use to drink a lot of beer, but I've really cut back on alcohol. My gut has problems with it and lets me know in very cruel ways every time I try it. (grin)

While in the USA; Old Crow neat as standby medicine, and Red Hook Long Hammer IPA when available as a daily libation (which is quite palatable at room temp)
Colombia, Ecuador, Peru its whatever local beer is available. Chile and Argentina it's cheap red wine and lots of it.

Damn, the demographic for cream sherry drinkers is well north of 75. I'm in awe that you're still riding
