Pine Barrens and shore this weekend? 7/14-15

Anyone up for showing a PA guy around the Pine Barrens and hopefully direct me to the beach?
Supposed to ride up north PA this weekend but the 4+ hour drive is haunting me, so I may opt to go south.

Anyone that could share some routes or wants to ride, post up!

Gonna be hot but I may go down there anyway.

What do you ride and what type of stuff are you looking for?

I am out of the Media area, may go down to Wharton and ride around for the morning. I have some stuff I want to check out...

I know some routes to the shore that I can share, but I am not going out that way myself.

I'd be coming from the King of Prussia area and riding a street legal Yamaha WR450 but was thinking of trailering it down to Jersey and staying in Hammonton Saturday night.
I've ridden the PB300 and would like to ride similar stuff, just got this bike and want to test in in the sandy conditions.
Just did the Seven Mountains Dual Sport as a shake-down ride, so i guess i've had enough rocks for a while....haha

Bad news is, I don't think I am going to make it down there this weekend. Some other stuff came up that I need to attend to at home on Saturday, and Sunday looks HOT.

That being said, if you want some recommendations about where to ride or some GPS suggestions, contact me via PM.

Parking at the Atsion ranger station is convenient. Go and download the TNJT routes (http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=247636), they give some good starting points, especially the hero loops in that area.

I might be able to, but wont know for sure until later in the week, so thats a definite maybe.
I am sort of familiar with Wharton. Usually just set my GPS to tracking mode and wander so I am not sure how much use I would be in showing you where the good stuff is. Oh, and i ride at a laid back pace most of the time. At any rate, if it's sand practice you want, there is no shortage of that, especially at this time of year.

I rode around Wharton 2 Sundays ago (the day it was around 100 degrees)... I had a few "oh shit" moments when I went through some puddles that were way deeper than I expected. I stayed on mostly sand roads (jeep trails?) which I'm pretty sure were all legal (didn't do any single track). I think my 610 is pretty much the perfect bike for this stuff- it was a ton of fun.

(I can't offer any routes- I just rode around for a couple hours, then hit the pavement to get back to my truck.)

Gundy: I have a route we can try, its about 97 miles and looks like a decent loop around the Brendan T Byrne area.
I'd like to ride Saturday if possible, but Sunday isn't out of the question.
Thoughts?

I have family near Bellplain State Forest. I'd love to know of other places to ride down in South Jersey. A lot of the pits and other trails we used to take bikes on are strictly closed off now. If anyone wants to ride down that way, I'm from Montgomery County PA, hit me up!

Saturday would be fine. As long as there is a gas stop somewhere along the way my WR should be fine. Offroad I only get about 65 miles per tank. Will know by tomorrow if I can sneak out for a ride. Are you riding or trailering over?

64 miles will get me close enough to push it if I have to

We're good to go, if anyone else wants to join in, we're leaving from the Atsion Ranger Station on the corner of Atsion Rd and Rt 206 by 8am.
Loop is about 100 miles with gas at start, 42 miles in, and finish.
99.9% sand roads and trails
