Highway Pegs on a bmw 1200gsa
Anybody have a recommendation for a good set of highway pegs; riding with a passenger and I'd like the option to stretch my legs. 1200 gsa

Got metal head guards? I can put my feet on them or even lay my legs over the heads.

The elf pegs are a neat, unobtrusive solution...

1200 gsa highway pegs
On the cheep- buy some clamp on pegs from JP Cycles, Part Number: 5300422. $18.00....
They clamp onto the engine guards and work just fine. I can put my feet on them or rest the back of my ankle on top of them. simple.... |

I love my Mick O Pegs!
They allow you to relax your legs in a natural position and you won't feel like you're at the gyno in stirrups. ![]()

I saw these on another rider's '09 R1200GS and was impressed. I ordered a pair.

I have these... $174 for pegs and mount. I like them,... I like the idea of the Mick O Pegs too .... but in the end I like having my legs up and forward in the stretched out position, helps to shift the pressue on your butt and back for a while. If you have luggage behind you as a back rest it more than doubles the pleasure.
I tried resting my legs on the jugs and on the crashbars, but felt that the pegs added comfort and were more secure. http://www.twistedthrottle.com/trade...view/4664/692/ |

I got the advdesigns ones too. Decent enough, don't mount to things that might break or strip. I tried just resting on the cylinders but to much work holding my legs in.
