kamloops

Any body in the kamloops b.c. area ride off rd with a big bike? I have vstrom 650 jacked up 1.5 inches-bash gaurds-50/50 tires(mitas e07) ect. Ride fire rds-logging roads-some atv trails . have 3-4 guys to ride with now but looking for more.

most members of dsbc around here ride alot of single track, have rode with some of the members but a little extreme for the 6.5 inches of vstrom travel on single track.

I have the same bike with the same tires

...when you say yours is jacked up 1.5" does that mean you've changed out the rear dogbones? If so how has this affected how your bike rides off and on-road?

Just curious to know what you think.

yes changed dog bones out,added peice to center and side stand, has same effect as lowering forks, works well on and off road, bike will hold paved road at well over double posted 60 kms corners (tested on closed course) rode alot of sand today and reacted well .
