I took delivery of the completed tank today. Now all I need is new gas cap and emblems for the tank.

The bike is 100 percent finished otherwise. I spent some time adjusting the chain and cables and checking all the details.

Aaaaaaaaargh!!

I read every bit of this thread & drooled copiously on my key board taking in the work, to reach this point. I feel as if the doorbell has just rung when I've reached the vinegar strokes & the girlfriend has frozen.

Oh, there's a bit more. Lovely, Synchronized posting.

It took a while to finish, but well worth the wait to see this beauty. Anxiously waiting for it to go up for sale.

Is there a joke in there that I'm not seeing ?

This bike has been in my family for 41 years. It won't ever be for sale.

Well played CD, looks awesome!

Are you going to put lights on it and ride it on the road ever?

No videos of it running. I doubt I'll ever start it. It's full of fluids except for gas. The bike will be a display piece in the office of my powdercoating shop.

Big photo dump here so if you're on dial-up, you might go make yourself a sammich or something.
