I ordered my silver XL this afternoon from Jeff. My receipt didn't take long at all to appear in my email, either, just like most others.

7/24/12: Whoa! Mine came in already. Ordered on Monday, got it on Tuesday. Wow.

I spoke to someone there and they're still honoring the price. Receipt was emailed to my address within moments. Now I just have to twiddle my thumbs until it gets here.

Price included "standard shipping". Whatever that is. New York to San Francisco is about as long a distance as you get...

I placed my order for a Large Anthracite on the 8th, a bit surprised to see a delivery van pull up about ten minutes ago. That is some great service, fastest turn around I have received yet from an online motorcycle retailer.

The fit and finish on this helmet is something else, quite a bit better than either my VFX or Hornet. Not going to get a chance to road test it till next weekend, still have a cast on my leg. I can already tell that the neck curtain is going to make this quite a bit quieter than either of my other helmets. The drop down visor is one really cool idea and pretty easy to manipulate with my left hand. The visor has a much more positive lock than my Hornet and a few more notched angles to be set at. So far, the helmet seems to run a smidge tighter than either of my other two Shoei, same shape but the extra padding eats up some of that space around the jaw and temple. You just gotta love the smell of a new helmet!

Jeff, the owner of helmetcountry.com, was real easy to deal with and has the best price on several Shoei helmets including their newest, the Neotec. Jeff did mention that he is picking up the Arai line and will be getting this in stock shortly. I am sure his prices will be stellar for the Arai line as well. He still has quite a few of the Neotecs in stock and ready to be shipped at this groupbuy price, better hurry before they're all gone.
