Cutler, like most NFL QBs, is good if he has time.

When he gets pressured hard he gets frazzled, then he bitches at his O-line, and then the wheels fall off. He seems to rely on his arm strength too much (like Favre) and chucks most of his picks off his back foot.

Decent QB with a cannon arm, but he seems like a whiner when things go south.

The NFL needs to get the refs back but then again, networks can run a lot more commercials when every other play is reviewed.
