From my recent ride to Chapleau Ontario, Canada. 5433 is a 2-8-2, Mikado style loco built in Kingston Ontario in Aug of 1943. The CPR used this type of engine throughout Canada and it's nice to see this one in such good condition. Surprisingly with no 10 foot high fence around it the loco still has the bell and it's builder's plate. That wouldn't be the case if she was displayed in a more populated area.



And from my motel room that night - the Canadian Pacific yard and mainline in Chapleau.

Yes it is, i was actually riding to the wharf and she was just sitting there so took photos of her instead (and the wife) I havent been on it since I was like 8 (now 32)
