I hope you booked the Cabo Azul in Cabo. It is where the finish is as well as the awards. Mark Post (Owner and NORRA/SCORE racer) gives all of the entries a HUGE discount and the place is FUCK'n amazing!!!!!!!

Nope. Plenty of stuff has been worked on already, I've re-written the timing/scoring/penalties rules, but it won't get posted till things are ready. On classes/car/bike rules, I wouldn't expect a lot of change.

But... if there are class rules that anyone feels should be altered, I can give you two good pieces of advice:
What won't help at all: talking about it here. It will change nothing. Sorry guys.
What might help: _call_ the folks in charge and talk about what you're thinking, _and_ follow up with detailed, written rules emailed to them. I'm talking about drafting the actual language that would be placed in the rule book.

I'm getting excited, making plans already. :)

Anders

Yes, the starts were an issue, but the "if you miss your start time, the clock starts" solution has safety and liability issues, so that's not the solution NORRA will implement. There are other better ways to manage it.

Cheers,
Anders

Not many midsize displacement bikes have 5+ gallons of fuel from the factory, well.... except the bike Baja Dad is bringing Maybe the high cap mid weight class should just be a spec 640 ADV class?

I haven't ever seen a light weight bike with 5+ gallons from the factory, does one exist? Maybe Baja Dad means the displacement from the manufacturer, not the fuel cap?

Regardless, I hope to be there
