Go East Young Man!

I hast have plans to travel east hopefully as far a Lithuania in May (ish). Glasgow Scotland to Newcastle and ferry to Amsterdam, east through Germany, and Poland and then strike out North east for Kalingrad or a little further south into Lithuania.
I intend to travel by BMW R1150R Rockster, two up with hard luggage and wife as a pillion. She has never undertaken such a journey, usually accompanies me to race meetings etc.I intend to use hostels as she will not camp (or so she thinks haha!) Any advice from anyone who has done this trip, or been across Germany/ Poland/or into Kalingrad or Lithuania. Can I do this in a two week vacation, there and back to Glasgow, I don't want to be a road jockey , I want to chill and do around 200 miles per day (this is nominal), with maybe a couple of rest days in between.
Any advice, on any thing would be wonderful.
Thanks in advance!

Went that way in 2010. Page one here gives you an idea. Did UK to Lithuania in four days via Berlin and Lodz averaging just under 300 miles a day. You'll need a Russian visa for Kalliningrad.
