It's lit up pretty good. I'm under a carport because where usually work on the bike has no light or electricity.

![]() I'm getting there. The question I have is ...... Should I leave it with no emblems.? I think it looks kinda clean without them.

Low tire pressure
Your rear tire looks to be very low in post #306
I'd guess below 20 psi. Please tell me I'm wrong. Should be about 30 psi. |

Looks good. I do find my eye drawn to the gloss side cover...how would it look if it was matt black?

I think I will omit it entirely once I make / find a battery box that fits the bill. I think this angle being low makes it stand out more. Not as noticeable to me in the other pics. I think this pic was posted prematurely but I could not contain my excitement of seeing the finish line.

My headlight is incredibly dimm. How do I remedy this. This has nothing to do with the battery or electrical. This seems to be a standard issue on these old airheads. Any recommendations would be welcomed.

My headlight was has always been very dim on this machine. My other problem I am noticing is the blinkers are blinking rapidly, and the amber notification is not blinking at all. I believe this would indicate a short somewhere. I also notice that the brights used to work but not when I hit the switch the headlight turns off. Leaving me with nothing. This happen on the way to work tonight. Not good.
It would seem the dim headlight is not related to this new problem as before when everything worked the headlight was dim. The brights and amber idiot light issue is new since tonight, on the way to work. Perhaps a ground somewhere is loose or something is grounding, OR perhaps some wires are crossed. I did notice when installing the taillight ont he repainted fender that The tailight housing is broken ( the actual brake light housing made of black plastic ) and the wiring in there is rather janky, as if tampered with in the past. I could be wrong but I have a feeling that is the culprit. if anyone is familiar with these symptoms please advise.
