how's everone doing? any local DS/Street Riders? trying to get back into riding more.. with the g/f just been doing mostly street stuff, but still have all my bikes, and wanting to get her a dualsport..

Double Camp / Jakes Best loop is open. The government cleared it for the hunters.

I asked them to clear it for the motorcyclists in the Spring. Guess we're second class citizens.

Hey Mike,

Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that me and hubby were so glad we got to meet you and your wife. Thank you for the wealth of information you provided us with. We will eventually be back in your area some day and we hope your still there toughing through keeping these trails opened for us second class citizens.

Were saving more money now for gear.

Hey there Python. We went up and rode the Ultimate and had a blast. Trailered up our dual sports from Bama. Camped at Hall's Motorcycle Park in Tellico Plains. We really enjoyed the tracks and thanks for the hard work. Talk about some ridge riding. It was a blast. We may do another trip this fall to TN or GA. Any suggestions on where to ride and tracks.

Hey Minimike. We visited your store while in Tellico Plains. Really nice shop with a great selection and reasonable prices. I will be calling you Guys on a Jacket soon. My Son had a fit over the KTM 990 Duke out front.

We were just up there last week and camped at Indian Boundry a very nice campground up on the Cherohala.It is a great location where you can ride in any direction DS or street. went by Tellico Outfitters and they always know a good ride that you may not know about and great selection of gear.Bought a Wolman tankbag and some Ram mounts from them.

Hi all, 3 of us are heading down to Tellico from Michigan this Thursday, and plan to ride the area until Monday. These photos and files look great! Is there anything else we need to know, or must see? We will stop in the shop to say hi, and pickup any forgotten gear and local maps. Up here we have to have ORV trail permits, is there anything of the sort in TN? Also, suggestions of good places to eat and hang out will be helpful.

Fellow Michigander here (Tellico) now... been here since Monday. Second time down. When it comes to riding in the area one local resident put it best... "those old boys on those harley's dont now what they're missin"....

I want to thank Python for creating this route and sharing the gpx track!!! What a great service to those of us that don't know the area. Thanks also to Minimike for marking up our Nat Geo map. I was amazed at the selection of Klim gear etc he has at Tellico Motorcycle Outfitter.

We came down from Cinci and spent the weekend doing about 200 miles of gravel, etc. Put the .gpx track in the Garmin and rode it like we knew where we were going.
