I thought the forks looked smaller too but assumed it was an optical illusion from having all that "awesome" hanging off the front.

Early 640 brake rotor- yes, the wheels interchange with 660 stuff, which use a 640 brake rotor.

43's- no, they are twin chamber SXS 48s with a giant axle. It was the awesome photo getting in the way.
