F800gs Bosch 3330 oil filter ok?

    I have a couple brand new Bosch 3330 oil filters. I have read that this filter is compatible with the bike, however it is a longer/taller filter. A friend has said that the only difference will be more filtration and use a little bit more oil.

    Is anyone else using this filter on their F800gs?

    No experience with the Bosch, but I use the Wix which is also taller than the BMW filter. No issues here and it brings the oil capacity up to 3 liters.
