I read your thread. Great thread and even better pictures. The Windy Ridge on the east side of Mt. Saint Helens is one of my favorite roads. I try ridng it at least once a year. This year I rode it twice!

We'll send some rain your way. Thanks for checking out my first post. I read your posts and am already missing my GS. I currently ride an R1200RT, which is great for riding 2 up with my wife but I miss something that can go offroad. Probably gonna get something a little lighter for the off road stuff. There are too many offroad sections in the Wild West that need to be explored.

We must be absorbing all the bad weather on the eastern side of the continent. Nothing but wind, rain, and cool temps over here for two solid weeks. Had 3 good days but that's it.

I'm in Buffalo this week just south of the Canadien border. Brought some great weather with me. Today (Sunday) was a beautiful fall day, wish I had my bike with me! Hope you had a chance to do some riding. Thanks for checking out my post.
