Yup, my sister and brother in law lived 75 miles west of Dallas for several years. They ended up bringing their bikes back to AZ to ride when visiting because they couldn't find anyplace worthwhile to ride where they lived.

WOW, I guess they will have to change the spelling to: tExas. The good news is you can really be like Mongo and ride a long horn instead of a Husadog (pictures please).
Seriously, don't step in one of those big round brown things.
Look for you in 2013.

I am planning to be there and I think Reidy. We have lost a few for all sorts of reasons. After last weekend's Don Hood A route The Rug should seem like a breeze.

Lets change this ride date

I think it would be best if we do this ride another weekend. Allan I don't want you to do it this weekend for my sake so for your sake lets change it to a later date. Cheers

Change the Date

Yes, you need to change the date. I will be in Abq this weekend plus the bike is at Dr Dillons. Get well Allyn, we will ride again soon.

Thanks for the concern guys. I am ok...really! However, by delaying it until December we can get a few more people in. Terry will be ready, Big E is supposed to be back in town...etc. Only bummer is this weekend is supposed to be wonderful tempature wise.

Brad, I am picking up Brutus Beefcake from Dillon around noon today.

Allyn

Well Hell. I was sure looking forward to riding this weekend in a new "to me place", with y'all. I usually have to work at least one day of the weekend and I have this one off! I suppose I can always venture out on a solo recon run. I'll stay tuned.
