Thank you for your support! The funny thing is that Scott and I were in Afghanistan talking about our bucket list and decided right then to do it.

Well we are getting close and still looking for some support on tires, and chain and sprocket. If any of you know someone that might be willing to help sponsor us with some tires that would be a great help. Not sure if this will work but we have tried just about everything so I thought that I would give this a shot.

Combat Flip Flops just finished painting up our helmets. They are on the way to Brett's house. Here's a sneak preview. Can't wait to see them in person!!

I can't wait to see the helmets! The sneak peek looks sick. It looks like some Vargas style pin ups may be making an appearance!

A few people have asked about the awesome graphics on Elvis during the Pomona show. If you want to order a set they were made by Dave at DirtDNA.com and are the Patriot graphics. Please tell him who sent you. They do awesome custom work.

I've bene quiet lately. But here's what we've got going on...

I'll be flying back from work tonight and will hit the ground running.

24 Oct: Arrive in Fort Lauderdale, FL (drink beer and visit family)
25 Oct: Drive from Fort Lauderdale to Brett's house in Georgia. Stopping at my house (storage unit) in Jacksonville to pick up my camping gear and the remainder of the TCB shirts from Terry. This is going to be a long day.
26 Oct: Gear and supplies layout at Brett's house.
27 Oct: Finalize prepping gear and my bike. (Possibly depart today)
28 Oct: Depart for Baja!!
29 Oct: Driving to Baja..
30 Oct: Driving to Baja...
31 Oct: Driving to Baja....
1 Nov: Meet up with the team (complete) and cross the border into Mexico
2-12 Nov: Pre-ride, pre-ride, pre-ride
13-14 Nov: Ensenada
15 Nov: RACE DAY!!

I always do this by the way. I never allow myself time to decompress and relax after a work trip. As soon as I land I'm always getting into some crazy kind of shenanigans. There's no time to relax...I've got some whoops's ass to kick!

Next the helmets got to the house last night, and I would like to thank Griff from Combat Flip Flops for all of the support!!
I just took pics of two of them, each helmet has on the back the last unit or service that the rider was in.

We should be getting our sat phones down in Baja so I don't have the number yet but I will see who has a phone that will work and get you a number. Good luck and we will see you soon.
