AZ - Phoenix to Lake Havasu 2012/2013?

Thought it was about time to get the ball rolling on a Phoenix to Lake Havasu ride! I'm interested in doing it at least once with an overnight stay. I would also be interested in doing it as the usual high speed, low drag type run.

Who is in and what weekend will work best for each type of ride?

Some motivation:
2010 Ride to Havasu

2011 Ride to Havasu

Dates are what I'm looking for too. I have a few things booked up already. I could probably make any of: 11/3, 11/10, 11/17, 12/8, 12/15, 12/29 -- of 2012 unless we're doing a Coke Ovens prerun in there or I do the Rug Road ride (haven't decided yet). Just about any dates in 2013 work so far.

This is always a fun ride, the single track is good too.

What about the yearly Oatman Massacre ride? Back to back maybe?

I have no problem with doing this ride a couple of times. We can probably add variety with each trip to make them unique. I know an *interesting* trail on the way back that I'd like to try again.

No, only out of Laughlin. Rooms at the Colorado Bell are $18. most of the time.

I'm in. Pick a weekend (just no this one) - time to give the newly aquired 950SE a good long ride and live out of the giant loop for a day.

As an aside and BTW I think I'm going to do one of the following loops on Saturday if anyone want's to join in
(Just got the 950's suspenders back from the tuner and it's time to see a Vtwin roll up and over some interesting terrain)

Florence JCT -> Ajax Mine Trl -> Telegraph Canyon Rd -> Superior -> Hewit Station RD loop
- or -
Happy Camp Rd -> Crest Trail - Hewit Canyon Rd loop

I've done both of these on the 530 (and a long-gone 690). The 530 makes it cake. We'll se how I feel on the 950 - I'm little worried about the downsides of a heavier front-end and futile wheel spin in the attempt to lighten it

I like the idea for a Havasu run and would love to tag along if possible.
Not sure what this all entails as far as skills go so may or may not be able to do it, if you could PM me with details that would be great.
