LED's for G/S

Got all the LED's installed but I tried a couple of flashers. My next flasher will cost $100 so I want to ask about the problem. Wiring I thought was a breeze. Heat shrink all soldered connections. The cheaper replacement flashers correct the speed of the flash but all four turn signals go at the same time, like four way flashers. Is there something in the flasher relay that is being tricked by the low amp draw of the LED's. I got a flasher from Autozone that is specific for LED's but again the speed is corrected but on all four lamps. Have I missed something? Thanks guys.
