Question dad2bike - can we get an update from you about this?

You plugged the holes that KTM put in your tanks from that TSB like this:

How is this holding up for you? Have you had any problems with this? Have you made any changes to it since? Would you change what you did in any way?

The TSB was just done to my bike without my approval. The shop didn't ask, they just did it. And this was after I specifically told them NOT to do it last time they had the bike. I am not happy about it.

I am looking for a permanent fix to remove it without buying a new set of tanks. I was thinking about maybe making some plates of some kind to put over the holes and seal it up with something, but if dad2bikes method is working I will probably just follow his lead.

Does anybody else have any better ideas?
