Sorry to hear of this. For a minute there I thought they said he was at fault but not yet proven.
A coworker told me about what happened in this local story http://thechronicleherald.ca/novasco...cyclists-death. Apparently this guy after he hit the rider called his lawyer before the EMTs. Now he's fighting a $400 ticket.
