So I just want to provide a positive customer endorsement to outstanding service I received from Tom Clark (Parts pro) at Santa Rosa Powersports! I’m a mechanic and I needed a rather obscure “o” ring for a 20 year old bike… and even though (no one) had it in their inventory Tom took the added effort to search in (some remote spot) and whala! He came back with the vital part to complete the repair I’ve been working on.

Ha, these days it’s rare to have anyone spend the extra effort to try and find the part in a stash area… most of the time it’s a week delay with some added shipping fee for a highly marked up item they cost less than a half-penny to make! I had to drive cross county to get to he (after trying closer dealerships) .

Thanks Tom (aka “EBMOTT”) I look forward to getting more parts from you and Santa Rosa Powersports in the future
