I was 257x a few years ago, can't remember if it was the 500 solo or the 1000 on a team. Either way, we finished!

Funny. The engine is out of the bike I bought from you years ago, with a few new parts. Hopefully when I fall asleep it knows the way.

I miiiight be chasing for 259x - the Fat Old Guys team if my schedule permits it at the last moment. If so, I'll keep my eyes posted for 257x. I can't cook for a damn so no promises on fresh food at my pit (if I make it down - hopefully!!!) but I'll gladly hand you a Snickers bar and a Playboy!

I was just re-reading your thread and checking out the SCORE International site and this race is November of THIS year, in 10 days! Wow! I'm starting to get excited about this, especially after seeing you on the Score starting position chart. Go Matt!

It is the cleanest its ever been.

I took it out sunday for a break in run of 75 miles. It runs really strong and feels great. I ran the big lights just to make sure the electrical system was up for it.

Cant wait to get this adventure started. I'll finally answer the question that has plagued me for months, am I doing enough to prepare. That question has motivated me to do things I would not normally do. I got home yesterday from riding and did 2 hrs/8000 revolutions on a elliptical. Months ago if someone told me I was going to be going to a gym and spending 2 hrs on an elliptical I would have laughed my ass off. The motivator... 1100 miles.
