I didn't get off on any exits, I just pulled over on the side of the road in-between the bridges. I've tooled around down there before and ended up in front of the federal prison, I waved and told them I'd see them in the future. It's kind of cool riding around by all that stuff, and I'm not sure where I'm supposed to ride or not to ride, so no difference between there and the trails, for me that is.
Absolutely love that area. San Pedro would be very high on my list of places to live in. Walking the sunken city, drinking a beer in the open, listening to the sea lions, watching the giant pelicans overhead....well shit, pretty damn nice.

Drinking in sunken city. Lol then the ghetto bird lights you up. Go back the next day to get the beers left behind. Growing up in that area was fun. But really, there is a lot of scum in that town.

There's a chance of some rain next weekend, there is some scuttlebutt of a husky monument ride brewing amongst some other so cal inmates meeting up in mojave. I'd be more interested in going up the 15 out towards 395 while the noobs stage in mojave. If it rains, I'm riding the desert for sure.

I'm not sure how far in cus I'll be in the RV, but I'm thinking just past where everyone camps or I'll drive 6 miles in to the next valley where we used to camp and it's not crowded. I'll probably take the YZ and my daughter will be riding the quad, she has a week off work and wants to go riding. We should be out there sometime Sunday morning.

Hey DR, what up? Got the RD running great, had some fun miles on it in the local canyon by Cooks, then sold it to make room in the garage for the 990 last year. Keeping an eye out for another one as I luv the smell of pre-mix in the mornin! Only smoker I got left is the YZ. Wish I plated it when I had the chance.
