I do not have any pictures of the fairings attached yet. Those are going to remain uninstalled while I prep them for the gel-coat mold for my fiberglass reproduction fairings. I should be buying all of the materials this weekend!
The engine guard is the Moose Racing model. I actually didn't bend anything out of the way. They could actually be bent but I haven't found anything that shows a clear comparison. The only tricky part was bolting the plate to the lower part of the frame. Because of the weird, stock flange that holds the oem bash plate to the front... the mounts aren't entirely lined up like they would on a normal KLR. One or two reside on the frame tube just as it begins to bend and become narrow towards the front of the motor. Another picture... |

I just set up a photobucket account and will see if I can have a photo show up here.
This is just a test. Hopefully, my 90 Tengai will appear here. Thanks Simba http://i1323.photobucket.com/albums/...ps5eb650d5.jpg simbaboy screwed with this post 12-30-2012 at 08:08 PM |

I don't think I've mentioned this in the past or not but this site has decals if you wanted to pony up. They were super nice in sending me color samples for whichever color I chose to have the decals printed. I still have yet to purchase them but anything Tengai is not easy to come by so I figure I would post this here...
