After reading this I now know what I want to be when I grow up---an 80 year old grandfather who rides a crotch-rocket for fun.
Great story. I'm impressed and hope I can still ride when I'm 80.

Well round two is on the horizon. This year will be a little different with my second dad coming along. He finally got back into the bike world with a purchase of a wee strom. So it will be two Dl650s and a FZ6. We are hoping to be wheels down at the end of August!! We just need this dang rain to go away. Grandfather will do a lot of things but getting his bike dirty is not one of them

My Dad only made it to 58,I wish he and I could have got out on a few more rides. Your Grandpa must love to ride,its neat.
