I have Forma ATV/ Adventure boots. Three buckles. Been very good so far. Had them 3 yrs. Comfy. About $400 though



The boots need to be sturdy, & give good support / protection.

Avoid Velcro. Doesn't work in mud.

Like Oscar I use a pair of Gaerne MX boots. They have lots of support in the right places but arent so stiff that you cant walk in them when needed.
But like everything it is very subjective. what one person thinks is comfortable isnt the same for the next person. you can do all the research you like but what the net says is the best boots may not fit you properly and be uncomfortable as hell. Just try a selection of boots on and go with what feels the best.
