Fair enough. I see why you are skeptical.
All I can say is try and see. you can always easily do a disable at any time for little money.

My 1200 is much more fun to ride with ABS off and I have better control of the bike.
Sometimes brake-slides are fun, if not useful.

... I'm anti "ABS" also, the only 6-Pack I have is filled with beer... not on my belly!

This is the Tenere/KLR thread. You can't put Honda pictures in here to.

When I nearly overcooked a corner on gravel with the stock Tourances, a stomp on the rear brake still let me get the back end out enough to rotate the bike and do a brake slide all of the way around the bend. I believe I was also in TC2, but I doubt that made a difference.

No, fortunately those were someone else's nuts. Punctuation makes all the difference.

That's something I noticed to. There is a bit of steer available. I think I might go out and practice and see if I can get a bit more info, It's the least I can do

I like that shot because I'm down a few pounds.

Everytime I walk by the bike I swear I hear a little groan.

Me and Old Git Ray may just have to come by and straighten you out.

I was going to ask which one was me ....silly boy.

As for the ABS thing... sigh !

Iv'e said this before but, I had an 09 GSA that ran on, on a wet grass slope on my farm. I bought The S10 a short while later and it just stopped on the same piece of wet grass.

It's as simple as that. As was said above, the BMW has given bike ABS a bad name.
If you want a disconnect switch for fancy riding then fit one. The rest of the time the Yam will look after your ass in a brilliant fashion.

How do you say "Bitch Slap" or "Whoop Ass" in Spanish?

We'll have to get Jaumev when he's not near a bike other wise we'll never catch him.
