What is the ultimate lc4 640 build

There are so many lc4 640 threads on here that it got me thinking, "what are the people's view on the ultimate 640" what makes an ultimate tweaked bike? what mods have shown there worth and what have shown themselves to be utter pants in the due corse of time.

Ain't no such beast.

Or at least, there ain't no such single beast. It's a great platform, and everybody has different requirements for any modifications.

Roller bearing upgrade on early models, and single disk/high guard retrofit on later models are probably the most universal mods. Everything else is just fluff.
