Zega Pros Vs BMW GSA bags

Finally ripped my Jeese Safaris off my 1200. Bought the BMW GSA mounting system. Now I'm wondering which bags to get Zega Pros or the BMW GSA sade bags

I never saw the Zegas in person, but they do look nice. I sold my GSA bags and bought Jesses because they're more robust than the Adventure panniers. The Adventure cases dent very easily and will eventually lose their watertightness if the bike is dropped enough. Mine had a few very low speed drops and lots of dents. If you don't ride offroad, then it obviously doesn't matter. Having the convenience of one key is nice, but the adventure cases do turn everything black inside it.

I have the regular (old) Zega's, and they are quite sturdy. I think Jesse's are probably just as good...

You might want to double check with Touratech that Zega Pros will attach to the BMW racks you have. I planned on doing the same when I bought my '12 GSA (which came w/ the OEM racks) but in speaking to Touratech support they said the ZPs mounting system is slightly different than the BMW OEM cases (oddly also manufactured Touratech) and wouldn't fit. Seems like the rack from TT is VERY similar so not sure what the main difference is but I choose to believe them. I ended up selling the OEMs to another rider and getting the racks from TT. Worth looking into and might save you a big headache
