Well put. Totally dig how the OP rolled a busa on this one; not a lot of people would do that. Id be hesitant to take my Bandit to Alaska, let alone a busa. Every bike has its own character, and every bikes character changes based on where it is being asked to go.

Proof positive once again that it is the rider, not the bike, that defines adventure

Thanks, excellent RR ! . . . solo IS a lot more fun.

When I was up there the best line I heard was :
Ladies, if you want to get married go to Alaska.
The odds are good . . . but the goods are odd !

Guess I'm a little late to the game, but I hope not too late to add my hearty congrats for both a great ride and a great report. Awesome, inspiring stuff. You've reminded us that the spirit of adventure is in the rider, not the bike. Thanks!

Most excellent! Luckily Jack put a link to this ride report in the Alaska forum on here.

And IMO this could definitely be called an "exotic adventure!" Great write-up and photos!

So very glad I got to meet you in Dawson and hope to see you again someday soon.

Oh and yes, AlcanRider gave me your hug a few weeks ago at Alaska Leather.

Warmest regards and big hugs back, Mark H.

Excellent

Truly a remarkable trip and an awesome ride report. Loved the pics and your descriptions. Now I am inspired to attempt this on my Triumph Sprint GT...........

Your packing job was really unbelievable. Thanks for the post.

Awesome story, someone knows how to live life.

124 pounds, 5'4, female, solo, Alaska, Alaskan Gravel on a Busa, with awesome pink hair...I have no excuse now, for anything. That ride report was one of my favorites.
