Pin hole in exaust ct125

Guys I have some kind of pin hole leak in the exaust on my 77 ct125. There is a small amount of fluid leaking. It appears to be before the muffler. What does this mean?

The fluid is likely just water. There's quite a bit of water in the air, and your motor uses a lot more of it than it does fuel. If the hole is not a factory weep hole but a rust hole, you can extend the life of your system by having a competent welder zap the hole shut with a small bead of weld. It's commonly done around here. It's not a solution to a completely rotted pipe, but is a legal move on a system that is otherwise sound.
