Plus, there is the idea that if you're picking it up, you knocked it over.

You can always take a pic before you pick it up. I usually take a pic, come back to the office and print out the pic then I go back to the bike or scooter and leave a message with my number in case the owner wants to talk to me. I've done this about a half dozen times.

Tammy, this past summer my daughter and I were walking on 16th st and 7th ave. We came upon a Vespa that someone had knocked down and left it there. before I could even pull my phone out to take a pic and lift it my daughter was picking it up and placing it on it's stand. Have faith, them days aren't ALL gone
