I don't think it would be that hard to come up with something that's under 375 pounds, has 60 hp, and a 6th gear. Would be funnier to pitch something like that into the weeds than it would a $10K adv bike.

useless info....Versys and Vstsrom---60hp CB500x- estimated--48hp but Honda has not published figures yet...KLR--37/38hp....

nothing like this?.....

Low cost.

By POS I mean nearly killed. My wife had one a while back and I put a bunch of miles on it. They are really decent bikes. I think it would be fun to have one with knobbies on it.

sea fog in river condenses on 395 bridge....already salted...steady on the throttle, no sudden moves get in most traveled lane tire tracks, stay out of middle of lane....commuter season comes to a close....
18 deg and the heated gear was doing fine...G3 gloves on max and jacket control tuned to 13 on the voltmeter.....

I've been using a First Gear Dual Controller with Gerbing jacket and gloves just fine....

Dead short? 'cause if your jacket is 150W or thereabouts, the resistance will only be around 1 Ohm if it's working correctly.
