Seeing those EU models in the video spurred me to do another round of searching. We know the rumor of the 2013 is dead. Now on to the 2014. The article says "official" but who the f will believe that until we see something on the Ford website. But the PR looks official and Autoblog has been around a while. Overall this is leaning toward good news.

GM has been selling 4WD full size vans for years. Trouble is you can only get them in the half ton version.

That's the current Express van with the glorified Astro AWD van full time 4WD components from the 1990s... mediocre mpg

I was commenting on the new van that GM is designing...supposedly a tall van like the original Transit which Mercedes Bends Over copied, then Dodge sold as the Sprinter, Nissan copied (Quigly now doing Fugly 4WD conversions) and now Ford has redesigned as a world wide vehicle and will be making in the USA apparently with different drivetrain options - no 4WD drive like the Euros will get. ^WTF^

Was hoping the new GM, etc vans would get our latest design 4WD pickup drivetrains getting 20 MPG or more.

Maybe Dodge will do one with the 2013 Ram 1500 technology - start/stop, grille shutters, variable ride height with it's air suspension, improved aerodynamics, MDS, VVT, variable intake length, PWM fuel pump and cooling fan, electric PS, 8 speed trans,etc

I smile when my 09 Ram Hemi gets 20 mpg ...but I still want a 4WD van

After selling/maintaining Sprinters, Dodge should know what not to manufacture.

Found at a Goodwill in the Seattle area for $5. Obviously handmade, a LOT of time went into this. Hand (brush) painted, but the flowers etc. are stickers w/ clear coat over them.

Missing the bumper & the "VW" roundel.



I'm sure they were there at one time. Too much detail, no way the builder just left them off.




But what's this stuff? Hook on the top...


...and a hole in the door.....




...that opens. And screens for certain windows.



It has that Lived In look.





Ohhhh! It's a Birdhouse!

All metal, even the tires.


Might clean it up, might not.
