Looking for the Frank Orozco Yamaha Monument in the Stoddard Area

Does anyone know where the Yamaha bike monument for (I think a gentleman named Frank Orozco?) is located in the Stoddard area? I'll be riding with my nephew this weekend in the area and would like to see it and pay our respects to a fellow desert lover who has passed. GPS or general location info would be greatly appreciated.

Doing a quick search on Mr. Orozco and the memorial, I didn't find anything.

I'm outta the loop here. Did you folks know Frank, ride with him?

How did the memorial come about? Is it on private land or is BLM's panties all in a twist?

I didn't know him, or ride with him, just wanted to visit while I was in the area. There are now quite a few more memorials adjacent in the same outcropping of land. This is about 1/2 mile west of Slash X.
