The route is good, except that Old County Rd after crossing 101 is GATED. We switched there to a different route to avoid any issues with trespassing on a gated road. The other route we went to is here - after coming to Temple and 101 in the original route, we went down 101 to Wilton and connected to the green route (Rindge to Ray's). Easy, smooth unpaved roads for 90% of the track.
